We require a minimum 48 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling requests to be eligible for a full refund. If you request to cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours from its scheduled time, there will be a $50 late cancellation fee for services $90 and up and a $25 late cancellation fee for services under $90. No show/same day cancellations will not be refunded. It is at our trainers’ discretion whether they choose to reschedule late cancellation or no show appointments. Billing Policy: Invoices are due at the time of billing which typically occurs the week of your scheduled appointment, prior to the appointment itself. You will receive an automated reminder 3 days after the due date. If your invoice is not paid at the time of billing your appointment/class space may be cancelled. A weekly late fee of $25/week will accrue for any outstanding invoices beginning 7 days after the initial due date. I have read and accepted the cancellation and billing policy. Thank you!
